Meridian shipped fast but every team designed in isolation. Their product felt like five different apps stitched together, and onboarding suffered for it.
Solution
We designed a single source of truth — a token-driven design system with a typographic scale, motion grammar, and a component library that engineers could adopt without translation. Documentation lives beside the code.
